Reservation Policy

We recommend you book your appointment several days in advance to secure your preferred day and time. Reservations can be made online up to 24 hours before the desired time and date. Scheduling requests that are inside of 24 hours can be made by calling the spa directly.

 

Cancellation Policy

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. 

Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients.

Checking In

First things first, quiet please.  Please silence cell phones upon arriving and please speak softly. We are a haven for all those coming here to relax.

We ask that new clients please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time.  We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests.  Relax and enjoy a cup of complimentary tea, or an invigorating glass of EmergenC available in our reception area.

 

Return Policy

It is our mission to provide you with high quality skin and body care products for home use that suit your unique needs. In the event that an item you have purchased is defective or you are unhappy for any reason, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase.  Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided to be used on any other products or spa services available at Illume Day Spa.

 

Pregnancy or Medical Conditions

Be sure to mention any medical information prior to booking your appointment. Prior to treatment, let your therapist know of any medical concerns or if you are expecting. If you are pregnant certain services may be contraindicated.

If you should develop an active cold-sore it is best to reschedule any facial treatment due to the risk of spreading the virus to other areas of the face such as the eyes.
