SHIPPING & RETURNS

Product SHIPPING 

We ship product orders weekly. For rush delivery please message us after placing your order.  Shipping is included for all orders over $50. A $5 shipping charge will be added to all other orders. We do not ship an invoice or a receipt on domestic orders to save paper. If your order is a gift, please let us know when you checkout if you would like to include a personal message.

Return & CANCELATION POLICY

It is our mission to provide you with high quality skin and body care products for home use that suit your unique needs. In the event that an item you have purchased is defective or you are unhappy for any reason, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase.  Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for use on any other products or spa services available at Illume Day Spa.  Our shipping cost will be deducted from any credits issued.  Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
